Talk to Gynecologist on Beastfeeding N Inverted Nipples

I gave my baby boy top feed from day 1 bcz i had inverted nipple issues n there was no milk supply at first. He refused breasts so i gave him bf through feeder nipple . I put feeder nipple on my nipple n he sucks bf through it , he doesn't suck directly from my breast or through nipple shield . He thinks he is feeding from bottle which is easy so he accepts only feeder nipple.

it is okay? or has it any side effects like gas issues ? bcz he is very gassy. he is uncomfortable all the time bcz of abdominal discomfort.

relatively, i still have inverted nipples bcz he doesn't suck my breasts directly.

i tried breast massage, steaming n heating breast, breast pumps n nipple shields but nothing worked to reverse my nipples. nipple get outward after pumping but suddenly go back again.

i tried alot for hours n days to feed him directly but he refuses bcz he cant hold my nipples bcz of inversion.
