Talk to Gynecologist on Beta Hcg Pregnant

Hi Dr My last cycle was on 1 aug. I did blood test on 35 day of cycle. Beta hcg was 11.5. After 48 hours it went on 19 only. I don’t have any bleeding, just feel pain sometimes like periods. As my dr it might be in your tube as she didn’t see in alterasound. May I request your to advise me on it. My cycle day is 40 now

Then follow up can be done with serial hcg levels, till it gets negative. Most probably its missed abortion
