Talk to Gynecologist on Beta Hcg Repated
Asking for Wife, Female, 31 years old, karachi
my wife had last period started on 18 september and no periods after that. she had beta hcg result of 18.86 three days ago, today her ultrasound scan showed "endometrial thick 1.7cm with cystic area, todays the repeated beta hcg result is 0.300. so it means there was apragnancy but its not present now? what should we do if any thing?

second beta hcg on 28 october is 0.3
still no periods started.note that she has bicornuate uterus.
please suggest if anything need to be done.

it was biochemical pregnancy and early miscarriage ,in bicornuate uterus we cant predict pregnancy outcomes to 100% ,have seen many full term pregnancies in bicornuate uterus , can max give progesterone support ,sometimes it works but usually bicornuate uterus miscarriages are not preventable even with correctional surgery
