Talk to Gynecologist on Bhcg After 21 Days (Pregnancy)

i had taken a bhcg test after 21 days of intercourse , my period was due one day earlier i.e on 10th April and test was done on 11th but came out negative (IDC lab) , on 11th April i did had a bleeding but it was too light than usual and lasted for two days and then just a spotting for third and fourth day do i still need to go for bhcg after 1 week? I am confused please please help me out
