after diagnosis,if it's partial septate,will it be easy to treat or bicornuate easy to treat

should we diagnose it first or should try first pragnacy through ovulation induction first.no history of pragnacy since marriage

here in karachi, one doctor is saying that do laproscopy plus hysteroscopy, my wife agree on hysteroscopy only, can we get hysteroscopy done by coming to your city?

should we treat it first? wife never got pregnant since marriage since 18 months.
