my wife's hsg report says she has bicornuate/ partial septate type since 18 months and never conceived? is not conceiving due to uterus? do we need further tests to identify whether it is bicornuate or septate

no conception is not dependent on shape of uterus....however carrying a pregnancy can be complicated .....
