Dear doctors i am undergoing fertility treatment after having pcos last cycle i used lezra 2.5g twice a day which did resulted in an ovarian cyst perscription ultra sound reports is attached plz tell me what is tha actual size of cyst in cm and how can i get rid of it i am trying to lose weight so i want to know if i do exercises or walk etc could my cyst get worst or rupture etc i am very confused already getting very painful and heavy menstration this cycle.

you need to have a proper assessment and advice from the gynecology doctor ,have you seen any?
ovarian cysts if not causing any pain they only monitoring.
is this something have you discussed with your fertility doctor?
if they become to big and causing pain and one of the causes of the infertility then it may be need surgical correction.

i am seeing a gynachologist which prescribed me lezra (letrozole) after second round of lezra i got this cyst my gyno said it will go away in 3 months and then we will again start on fertility treatment
