Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Lahore
I got married in July 2015, had 1st miscarriage in April 2016, and 2nd missed abortion in April 2017 with a d&c. After that no pregnancy until now. So I got these tests done. Please guide.

-it would be better if u would send me detailed history about menses, medical, drug , surgical etc.
-when u had tests recently. Are u having regular cycles?? If cycles regular then better to have sex in fertile period of Cycle.
-previous miscarriage product of Conception checked for karyotyping??? Any thromophillia screening done for recurrent miscarriages??? Any specific medical issue that u or husband have been suffering!? If yes gave complete treatment.
Husband General health should be better and should quit smoking.
If had seen analysis send me.
Have folic acid daily 5 mgs, balanced diet weight and Bmi by having daily walk and exercise.
Send me all reports and further detailed history.
Thin walled paraovarian cyst if small should be resolved in 3 cycles.buy if big, symptomatic like pain, heaviness or bloating have serum CA 125 test.
Attach your tests so I can guide u further.
Welcome on this forum ,your detailed history is very important in your treatment your test reports are not available here And this type of history of two previous miscarriages needs a oroper sitting and evaluation with your doctor .There are many things to rule out as a cause of these miscarriages
