Talk to Gynecologist on Biochemical Pregnancy

Hello Everyone!! I’m new to this group

I need help and advice from experienced gynaecologist!

I already had 3 biochemical pregnancies in last 1.5yrs. All reports of me n my husband is clear so no reason of biochemical pregnancies.

Doctor asked me to go for Ovulation Induction treatment. She gave me letrazole for 5days nd two Ivf m45iu Injection for the day 7 nd 8 day of cycle. Unfortunately, after taking first injection on day 7th I got clots and blood in 7-8hrs and doctor advised me to hold injection for 8th day and said maybe this injection hasn’t suit you. She did my TVS ultrasound on 8th day and got follicles of 13mm 10mm. She gave me duphaston for 14-28th day of my cycle.

Now my question is: 1-Does IVF M45iu inject on hips? as nurse injected me there 2- What are the chances if I try naturally so duphaston helps me for non biochemical pregnancy? 3- After bleeding there is no treatment of ovulation induction? 4- Am I overthinking and all that happened was not a big deal?
