I have been trying to concieve. my menses should come on 10th of april. yesterday i had pain, and it was so hard that i wasn't even able to get up and today i bleeded. But i noticed the blood is not in flow it just stopped. wanted to ask did i suffer miscarriage, was i pregnant? did it wasted? please respond urgently.

u didnt miss ur periods yet.so pregnancy is unlikely,still if u want confirmation get blood pregnancy test done
