Asking for Mother, Female, 51 years old, Peshawar
My mother had her menopause 3 years ago and btwn these years she had spotting of blood twice but it stopped bcz she had transmin tablet. But today after much time has passed she started bleeding heavily.
Extra note: She has a cyst too which after checkup dr said "ye bezarar he, Ise operation ki zarurat nahi"
She is asking shoud she take transmin again? And what could be the reason for this? What shoud we do?

2-Go for full bladder pelvic scan
3-do her serum FSH to make sure she has menopause
Bleeding after cessation of periods for one year is nt a good sign
