I had medical abortion and i get checked my ultrasound is clear ! But its 25 th day and still i am bleeding should i wait till 40 days or consult a doctor i already had a course of transimin prescribed by doctor?is it normal to bleed this much after abortion of 5 weeks pregnancy?

- dear if still bleeding better have detailed Evaluation .
- have complete blood count ,beta hcg ( if positive repeat it after 48 hrs to check it's progression ),thyroid function test ,transvaginal scan (by Expertise hands to check any retained product in side uterus that need urgent intervention to stop bleeding and one general physical and specific abdominal and vaginal Examination (also better to have ).
- with Examination finding and blood reports things can be concluded .
- have iron supplements and diet containing iron .
-strict check on symmptoms like weakness ,lathargic ,fainting need urgent evaluation if present with heavy bleeding .

No it’s not , please get a repeat Usg to check for any Rpocs first
