Asking for Mother, Female, 50 years old, Karachi
My 50-year-old mother has a medical history that includes hysterectomy, lapchole, and DM. Recently, she has been experiencing bleeding after urination, which she notices on her inner thighs or the toilet sure if it's haematuria as blood is not mixed with urine, However, she is uncertain whether the bleeding originates from the urethra or vagina. Despite undergoing various tests, including urine DR, culture, and CBC, the results have been largely normal, except for a slight elevation in leukocytes. Over the past four months, we have sought consultations from multiple specialists, including urogynecologists, general practitioners, and urologists, but unfortunately, a definitive diagnosis remains pending. Additional tests, such as an MRI of the pelvis and abdomen, CA 125, and X-ray of the pelvis, have all yielded normal results. Notably, she has a history of fungal infections in her inner thighs, which we was treated five months ago. Furthermore, an ultrasound performed four mon

Increase in Leukocytes shows infection, and, yes, a yeast/fungal infection can cause minor vaginal bleeding, but it's not common. Bleeding is more likely to occur if the infection is left untreated, maltreated or if the symptoms are severe. Bleeding can happen when the intense itching and discomfort from a yeast infection causes small tears in the vaginal tissue. Scratching or rubbing the irritated area can also lead to minor bleeding.
Other symptoms of a yeast infection include: Itching, Burning, Discharge, and Pain or burning while urinating. Homeopathic treatment is very effective in such conditions and we do have good success in treating chronic issues. You may have an appointment for complete casetaking. Thanks
