Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding And Spotting At 15 Week Of Pregnancy

Assalamoalaikum..I am 15 week pregnant and having heavy bleeding and spotting since 12 week . I visited doctor every time and Alhamdulilah... all ok in ultrasound. Doctor said this bleeding is caused by low lying placenta. She prescribed medicines Kamic Fort 500 mg and Transamin to stop bleeding also getting injection weekly. Please let me know these medicines are safe in pregnancy and when this bleeding will be stopped??? THANK YOU

As someone said Kamic Fort 500 mg isn't safe in pregnancy but the gynecologists who prescribed these is senior doctor in well renowned hospital of Lahore. I am really confused. Please let me know about medicines. JazakAllah khair
