I am 9weeks+3days pregnant yesterday morning i got fresh red blood discharge and stomach cramping i went to hospital there my dr did ultrasound and Alhamdulillah baby was safe so she prescribed me an injection and said to have a bed rest after having that injection still i was having sometimes little bleeding and brown discharge which i was observing only when i go to pass urine but now again today morning i got fresh red blood discharge what should i do now as today is sunday no gynae dr will be available please guide me way forward..
