Aslam o Alikum.. mene with lezra concieve kia h.. mera 7th week chal raha h.. but mjhy pregnancy k start sy hi spottung or bleeding ho rae h... featus ki heart beat bhi aa gae h.. or size bhi 24mm h... featol pole bhi h... mjhy injections lg rae hn... kafi medication bhi ly rae hn... transamin bhi kha rae bleeding stop nai ho rae... red spotting hoti h... doctor bhi kuch nai btati k kia masla h... plzz tell me k aisa kyun h???

Implantation bleeding hoti ha yeh and it's not harm to your baby.

take medicine as prescribed

Salam this bleeding may be due to implantation of the sac in the uterus or it can be due to separation of placenta. Just take rest . Continue medications . Take care and thanks

can be due to  take too much  take proper  using tablet folic acid for fetal growth n duphaston tablet for implantation  need to take injection or transamine
