Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding While Passing Stool And Cracked Nipple

Its my 2nd c-section. Baby is 44 days now. I have 3 problems. 1- my nipples cracked 2 weeks before than heal. Now again cracked why its 2nd time and after breastfeeding i feel pain in breast.

2- i take ghusal at 38 day after c- section. Issue is daily iam taking bath because in morning i have white discharge and in evening again i have brown discharge. Is there any problem why iam having brown discharge.

3- while passing stool the area is liked cracked and its hurts alot and bleeding. After passing stool it feels like burn very hardly.

Can you please tell me the reasons why iam facing these issues.
