I have two sitting with doctor my b.p readings are 140/90 (dono dafa ) Lekin jab MN ny doctor k kehny py dsry clinics or hospitals Sy 3 din subha Sham readings Lin wo normal show ho rha but Meri gynaecologist k pass 2no dafa 140/90 aya Hain. Ab Meri doctor ny mjhy aldomet tab din mein 3 Martba recommend ki hai mjhy ab tension ho rei bahir b.p readings normal or Hain but doctor pass high blood pressure hai Kya mjhy second opinion k Liye gynaecologist change krni chahiye ya yhi Sy continue krun . kindly guide me.

if u have digital bp apparatus or excess toward other Dr than atleat record ur BP subha sham for one week if reading still high than start tablet otherwise no
