-have restricted activities, avoid stairs strictly, avoid sexual activity, sterneous exercise, physical activities.
-have iron supplements and iron Containing food like carrot and apples.
-have balanced diet.
-have one transvaginal Ultrasound to localize placental location as urgent and one local Examination by gynae specialist immediately.
-have regular follow ups and Scans.
-follow with scan.
-report and check strictly any abnormal symmptoms.
-in case of any repeat episode of spotting urgent report to gynae is Must.
