Talk to Gynecologist on Blood Spotting Months After Delivery

I gave birth to a baby 5 months ago. It was a normal delivery. After 40 days i experienced continues blood spotting i discussed it with a doctor she asked me to use Primolut-N for 21 days, 3 times a day. I started using it, there was no spotting during that period, after 21 days i have my periods for 7 days.... Now again i am observing spotting and some time fresh blood as well, sometimes there is pain in my lower portion as well. I underwent Pelvic scan it is ALHUMDULILLAH fine as well. What should i do now?

r u lactating?if yes then ir regular bleeds do occur wth lactation-any ways jus notice is the spotting aft u hv done intercourse?-if yes then u need to b examined-another thing cycle regulating medications r always prescribed fr three months...
