person-avatar

Asking For Wife, Female 30, Lahore

Respected Doctors.

My wife is lactating mother and feeding her baby of 1 week. During Pregnancy her BP was unbalanced from 32 weeks and she was using Aldomat 500 mg 4 times a day to control her BP. Ab Delivery k 1 week baad bhi unka BP Control nahi ho pa raha. Main nay 1 week ka Blood Pressure ka unka chart banaya hai jis main unka BP mostly 140/110, 140/100 ya 130/100 aa raha hai. Main ab ye poochna chahta hoon k BP ko settle karne k liye koun si medicine meri wife use kar sakti han kyun k wo baby ko breastfeeding bhi karwa rahi han.

thanks.

-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-need strict bp monitoring. Avoid salt in diet. Need sleep to avoid high bp.
- if bp remains high even with all above and taking medicines as advised by others better have one detailed check up and will need investigations as well.
-best of luck.
