Talk to Gynecologist on Bp Issue During Pregnancy

i'm now 20 week pregnant, from start my bp remains low but from now sometime it become high 130/90 , then after3, 4 hrs it become normal. i had preterm delivery in my first pregnancy due to placental abruption.. kindly guide my us this bp is normal?

1st preterm and abruption are may be due to hypertensive? Record BP 4 hour apart. Regularly check your BP. If raise the consult your gynaecologist
take plenty of watr....nd consult yur gynaec she will strt bp mdcn
BP chart monitoring for one week morning evening n must consult gynaecologist take plenty of water
Monthly check up and bp charting must, its a sign of pre eclampsia, ultrasound doppler for iugr
Repeat after evey 6 week, and try to control bp
