Talk to Gynecologist on Bppv And Imbalance In Legs

I have severe bppv from 6 months.l feel dizzy while bending over bed and while moving my head up and down every there is ringing in my ears.l also feel imbalance in my legs and cannot stand still at one of place .l have taken setspin and serc for it and also doing some exercise for it but nothing works . kindly tell me possible solution .
