My age is 21 years and i am married for 2 years now. I have 11 months old baby girl. After c section delivery me and my family husband has noticed visible change in my breast size. My breast is getting smaller snd smaller day by day. It was 34 size at my weeding and now its 30 only. I have stretch marks on my breast too and they are very saggy now. I have lost almost 10 kg weight in 11 months. I dont do dieting.i dont feel any pain or lumps on my breast. My husband dont like my breast now. Please help. I cant go to gynaecologist now.

thank u for asking..for the time being in this situation, try regular breast massage daily, it will give strength to ur breast tissue and tone them up. take multivitamin regularly and iron tabs also

I dont eat the way i used to before marriage. Some issues in my inlaws. My weight was 56 at the time of my wedding than it became 62 in my pregnancy now its 45 only

Yes i have normal menses. Its always been 7 days only but now sometimes after c section its 9-10 days. No problem otherwise. My weight was 56 before marriage at pregnancy it was 62 now its 45.

Asa changes in size of breast can be due to general loss of weight which should be investigated .it is better if u go to a physician rather than gynaecologist
Is there any drastic weight loss
Please get yourself examined by a gynaecologist. Further tests are needed for weight loss. You can go after lockdown is over.
