-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-it seems breast milk production is not enough for baby and even with excessive sucking reflex that gives u physical symmptoms'' locally baby unable to ful fill milk requirement so asking for bottle feed.
-have one local examination by gynae specialist as well.
-have warm water baths with olive oil massag.
-try to empty breasts completely either by feeding or with breast pump.
-for pain can have ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly.
-best of luck.
is this your first baby?
breastfeeding first baby is very painful at first.
apply simple vaseline to the nipples in between feeds, wipe off gently before baby suckles.
don't take diclofenac for longer than 2 or 3 days.
you can visit your gynecologist or take online appointment to discuss further
