Am close to my periods and feeling really bad pain in both my breasts. Its been a week in the start it was too bad that if i touch them slighlty it would hurt alot but now they do pain not that much. I started wearing morw fitted bra and the pain isnt as bad. But this hasnt happened before..also there is a lump in my left breast bilkul neechy ki taraf i can feel it easyli its also painful when touchwdits big in size and it moves a little bit is it cancer? Can it be?
it's better to get your physical examination done from a proper doctor .lump in breast always needs evaluation so consult the doctor
Pain in the breasts before ur periods is normal so don’t worry , it’s part of premenstrual harmonal changes women experience during this phase ————- about the breast lump , it has to be examined, and might need a breast Usg, cancers are not painful in the beginning so don’t worry at all but get urself examined please

But i have never felt this pain before periods.also now i have observed my left reast is pittle bigger than the right one also it is the one with lump

-Dear hormonal changes near Periods can affect breast and can give breast tenderness, heaviness.
-but lump or mass if it's there need to be examined properly by breast specialist.
-have hot Sitz bath, olive oil massage to reduce pain. Even tab ponstan 500 mgs can be taken.
-have serum prolectin, mammogram and with reports have Examination with breast specialist or female surgeon.
-cancer in teenage is less common and it's not painful as u described, might be hormonal teenage irregularity may be the cause or just breast abcess or lump.
-check for other symmptoms like fever, reddneess along with it.

Can i wait for a month before examination? Also why is it okay to have diff size of both breasts?

No better to have Examination and both tests as well. Dont if really lump present and difference in size of breast.

You need to be examined by breast surgeon and then further investigations needed will be advised.
