Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Pain And Watery Discharge From Breast

I am facing this issue from the past 1 year. I felt pain in my breast and upon pressing a white transparent water came but I never felt any lumps neither doctor felt them so she prescribed me Vit E capsules as my Ultra sound reports were normal. she also said that its may be due to periods date or may be due to any hormonal issue ( My thyroid reports were normal as well) Now I am facing this issue again from the past 2 months and almost on daily basis. I felt pain on my left breast that leads to my back muscles as well and same water kind of discharge upon pressing with no lumps. Please prescribe any thing. I am unmarried.
