Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Problem

it's been 3 years i feel something irregular on the left side of my left breast . god forbid but somehow guilty sort of thing. i consult a doctor before he said it's a swallon bone but his medication didn't cure.. now i feel pain as well even now i feel the same irregularities on the upper side of right side . suggest something or a specialist for this in sialkot
