I am new mom. My baby is 2.5 months old. I am unable to breast feed him because of lacking of mother milk. I want to ask can I take hi lacta medicine ? If yes then for how many days and time ?

take more fluids in form of milkshake fresh juices milk or water..what ever suits you...amd yes you can take cap.hi lacta 2+2 for a month...but you should have go focus on your breastfeeding positions,techniques etc.
