AOA my baby is 4 months old and he is currently on exclusive breastfeeding. I m also fasting. Does it effect my milk supply? Does baby is getting less milk? Or am I burdening myself. Cause everyone is constantly telling me to fast.

Walikumsalam, If you're taking enough calories and fluid intake in sehri and iftari then it won't effect your milk supply or overall nutrition
