Talk to Gynecologist on Breastfeeding And Fasting

AOA my baby is 4 months old and he is currently on exclusive breastfeeding. I m also fasting. Does it effect my milk supply? Does baby is getting less milk? Or am I burdening myself. Cause everyone is constantly telling me to fast.

Definitely it's burden for body islam gives u relaxation if u feel like tired and ur baby is not satisfied u can abstain from fasting
