Aoa periods will be regular with in one year of brth if u do not feed the baby. Use contraception coz chances of pregnancy. Put baby properly and frequently on breast( watch on YouTube) when baby is hungry. Take supplements and proper diet. Thanks

Najla, your cycle will be irregular until you are breast feeding. It seems like you need a good suppleme as well as some baseline blood tests to see how your calcium and hemoglobin is. Meanwhile what you can do is, get a multivitamin with iron and calcium from any drug store like CVS, Walgreens or Walmart. Start it regularly and make sure you are taking a balanced diet. For the breast feeding you need to keep trying and reduce the bottle feed so the baby is hungry enough at times and latches on to feed. Also make sure you keep emptying the breasts during the times the baby is not feeding so your breasts don't get clogged with milk. Best of luck!

Walekum aslam najla. Answer to your 1st question: jese ap try kar rahi breastfeeding k lie wese try karte rahen. Every hour ap baby ko attach karen for breastfeed. Second you can express milk and give it through bottle. You can use breast pump for it. Answer to your second question: ap ko kitne babies hen? Ap ko vaginal discharge k complain to nahe? Ap k babies normal vaginal deliveries se hue hen or c- section se? 35 days cycle is normal cycle. You should not be worried about it. After answering few questions I will further guide you. Thanks. If you have further questions you can ask. If there is language issue you can also ask me ( I have tried to answer you in your language)

Aoa...contineu to latch on the baby on both breasts regulary and especially when baby us hungry...Avoid formula feed..if baby still avoids latching on and you have adequate milk production, express your breast milk n give it to baby with help of spoon or cup, avoid bottles until baby starts taking breast feed...
Regarding periods, your periods will be regularized gradually but try to avoid weight gain n use proper contraception as chances of conception are there...you need to have a good diet as well as supplements to fulfill your requirments during breastfeeding...increase your fluid intake
