Talk to Gynecologist on Breastfeeding In Pregnancy

Aoa, I have a 13 month old and I am 6 weeks pregnant again . I’ve been told to stop breastfeeding. Do i really have to? One of my friend also got told by the doctor to stop it. But I have seen different experiences as well where women are breastfeeding their children and everything is fine. My pregnancy is going normal, I really don’t have any morning or eve sickness just tired and headache. What m I supposed to do? My baby isn’t exclusively breastfeeding he just needs my feed when he’s sleeping and he takes very little. But I have been told baby will get sick. Please help me what should i do. I really want to give him that little feed.
