Asking For Wife, Male 25, Karachi
Baby of 4 months, breastfeeding and no periods since childbirth. We had an unsafe intercourse (but not ejaculated inside vag***, last night (4th July). What should we do to avoid any confusion regarding a new pregnancy? what should we do now ?
First of all try to use some contraception. Get your pregnancy test done
Assalam o Alaikum
If exclusive breastfeeding and no periods you are having protection which is 98% effective and you don't need anything else.

breastfeeding is natural contraception method though with high failure rate if 24 hrs just passed, use ECP it work till 72 hours. for next time use contraception method.
Its a natural phenomena. That in breastfeeding there is a lactational amenorrhea . You take tablet emkit 1.5mg one time within 72 hours of unprotected intercorse. Jazakallah

Hello dear , stay calm, i suppose you had taken ecp till now. Your kid is already small please take a method of contraception that doesnot affects your health and also provides a good contraception. Can you take my online appointment so i can guide about it as you cant take so many ecps again and again. Wish you best luck. Tale care.
