Talk to Gynecologist on Breech Baby At Week 33

Hi Drs, I need you best advise. My first delivery was emergency C-Section and this pregnancy is with 4 years gap. My Dr is considering this to normal delivery this time. My baby was first breech then transverse at week 22. Which turned to breech presentation again and stayed there until now 33 weeks +. My only fear and concern is stubborn breech baby which is still head up despite regular walk and exercises to turn it head down. Do you think I shall consider External Cephalic Version anytime from now or near week 38? Or I shall continue exercises and wait until active labour? Please suggest and let me know if you offer ECV. Thank you
