Talk to Gynecologist on Brest Lump

I have a tiny lump on nipple of left Brest I visited rufina soomro Brest surgen she said it's nothing no worries my ultra sound is clear I found it after wenning Brest milk to my baby . Lump is movable with no discharge no pain . Actually I had a big size of lump along this tiny on but after madication this was removed but this is still here what do I do . Plz suggest me .
