Talk to Gynecologist on Broken Hymen

I missed periods for 2 to 3 months before 7 years then my doctor prescribed me primolut N for 5 days then Diane 35 for 6 months after that my flow became very less ... I got married before 3 months I didnt had intercourse in this duration means we tried but it didn't happened between us ... But I got pregnant with ectopic .. After 7 weeks of ectopic pregnancy I had laparoscopy in which my right fallopian tube was removed ... After 1.5 month I had intercourse in which I saw some blood comes from vagina ... Is it a sign of broken hymen ? If yes then when I had tvs it didn't break in it ,my doctor insert her hand in my begins also so it means that hymen didnt get break from this... My doctor told me to wait for 6 months for another pregnancy should I wait this long or should I try for conceiving ? Kindly give me detailed answer as I m very depressed
