Talk to Gynecologist on Brown Vaginal Discharge 11 Weeks Pregnant
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore
AoA, I am 11 weeks pregnant (2nd pregnancy) and today saw some brown discharge which never happened during my first pregnancy. My treating dr is not available today pls tell me is it worrisome? What should I do? 1st scan was done at 8 weeks and was normal.

wait and watch ,if bleeding gets heavy +/- pain abdomen need immediate assessment
just schedule one scan in a week for baby heart beat ,to rule out missed misscarraige.
can take duphaston ,and if taking aspirin ,stop it for time being, till this brownish discharge settles.

Yes take care of exertion , long traveling ,sexual intercourse.
Bed rest should not be strict . Can move for routine work .light household work.
Continue duphaston three times for 20 weeks around.
