Talk to Gynecologist on Brownish Spotting In The 7th Week Of Pregnancy

Aoa. My wife had an ultrasound on 17.01.2023 and it was normal i.e cardiac activity was GA was 6 weeks and 6 days by USG. and CRL was .82 cm Yesterday, she spotted a brownish discharge. She is also experiencing back pain and less cramps in lower abdominal thn usual. please let us know should we have to worry about this or is this normal spotting? P.S : We also had miscarriage last year and my wife had same brownish discharge a day before bleeding which resulted in miscarriage.
