Talk to Gynecologist on Burning And Itching Sensation In Vagina

I’ve been having a severe itch and burn pricking sensation in vagina since 3 days. When I self examined myself I saw that inside the opening on vagina there are white patches on skin. Like white skin inside vagina. It’s really irritating. I’m sexually active with only one person. I can’t walk properly due to the itch and burns and there’s a certain redness as well. There’s no discharge as yet.

-Dear it could be vaginal it pelvic infection .
-its better to investigate it and then to start treatment .
-have one vaginal swab and one swab from white patches or leisions .
-have strict hygeine.
-have Sitz bath Recurrently ,sit iswarm water to relief irritation.
-use condoms for sex .
-avoid cosmetics locally and just have water for cleaning and soft razor to remove hairs .
-have soft Comfortable Undergarments.
-have urineculture Urinalysis as well .
-after Collection of investigations have tab doxycycline 100mgs 12hrly and tab metronidazol 8hrly for 14days .
-collect tests reports and discuss here .
-have Canestein vaginal pessary at bed time on two alternate Nights after collection of all medications.
