Asking For Self, Female 30, Prague
Please tag any gynecologist It's been two months to my c-section. I shifted abroad a week ago and had to go for grocery and other stuff which required too much walk in last three days. I am feeling pain in my thighs, and stitches area too. I need some guidance over this, is it because of weakness or because the internal stitches are not healed? Although before coming here I had ultrasound and doctor told me stitches are OK.
you can walk and do your routine work but too much heavy lifting not allowed so continue multivitamins
it takes 3 to 6 months for internal stitches to dissolve so avoid hectic routine and avoid abdominal exercise in this period
It will settle gradually. Start work in portions , try to do on task in a day as you have not been doing the jobs routinely so you feel pain . Take rest in between and a mild pain killer .
just take rest relax . . no issue
yes walk no issue..don't lift heavy weight
