Talk to Gynecologist on C Section Pain After Intercourse

Aoa... SORRY for my long post but I am worried beacuse my pain is not going. I am 25 years old no medical history have one daughter of 2 years through c section in 2018. one DNC termination at 5 month of first pregnecy in 2017 due to anamolic baby has kidney issue and in third pregnancy which was last at 5th sep 2020 through c section( hystrotmy) at 26+ weeks due hydrocephalus of baby. Now I have pain at upper area of stitches that is abdomen on belly line or sometimes in stitches also when I travel through bike because I am a working women. Or when we do intercourse when I put even a finger on my belly it hurts.. My gyane prescribes me synflex and danzen ds for 3 days I took that and after 2 days I got pain again. Now another gynae prescribes me NIMS but I still have pain. My question is that why I am having pain I think I am not recovering good. And after how much time I can conceive again or should I go for any medical test or treatment because its second time I terminate
