I need your advice doctor I'm married and got pregnant and due to the financial situation we decided not to have a baby is the best decision.I took 8 tabs of cytotec but it didn't work and I'm still pregnant, now we are deciding to keep it continue but I have heard and seen cases where taking early dose of mesoprostol have a negative impact on fetus and many says its better to terminate advice me what should I do now should I keep the pregnancy or I should option for D&C.

don't worry repeat scan if Fetal cardiac activity present than need to take tension you can continue your pregnancy
if ultrasound scan will be fine regular check up yourself no bleeding no cramps than you can continue pregnancy but very carefully... must to get done anomaly scN between 18 to 22 weeks
its fine just have regular checkups take tab myfol one morning n one evening...do the anomaly scan betwen 18 to 22 wks...believe on Allah...n do astaghfar...as Allah pak is responsible for ur n babys finance....never ever do this for finantial reason or do protection prior verses killing ur pregnancy
