The chances of next baby having the issue are there but there is also chance of healthy pregnancy. It mainly depends on what type of heart problem baby was having, was it just a heart problem or some genetic problem.
Next time in pregnancy around 18-20 wks you can go for anomaly scan and fetal echo to know in detail status of baby’s heart
