Talk to Gynecologist on Cardiac Issue

I am 7 days 37+3 weeks my pre op ecg was done and that accordimg to my gynaecologist and internal medicine doc suggested right atrial enlargement so they asked me to get my echo the next day i went into labor and they had to do a c section as they were not willing to attempt vbac and i didnt have my echo question is that is it common to have abnormal ecg during pregnancy? My chest xray and all other tests were clear....i had a couple of ecgs and an echo done 8 months before concieving due to anxiety issues and palpitations and it was is my second baby and first one is 2 years old.
