my wife having 2 month pragnancy she is suffering from severe caugh from 1 month we also visit gyne doctor they recomend us Acefyl syp.. but caugh theak nai ho rahi mazeed bhar gayi hai.. please suggest any good syp for her.

Try not to take any medication
Its a bit risky to have medicines in early pregnancy. If the chest of the patient is clear( to be confirmed by a doctor) , you should go for steam inhalation , syrup pulmonol and 1 Tbsp honey twice daily.
Keep yourself warm and hydrated and even if this complaint doesn't settle, go to your doctor again
