Talk to Gynecologist on Cause Of Low Urine Output

if test like cbc , rft , lft , uacr , upcr , bp , hbaic , serum albumin , urine protein negative , ultrasound , serum tsh , lipid profile normal than what is the cause of bubbles in urine at dry surface only and low urine output from 6 months and morning upper eyelids swelling and puffiness if no dehydration please help me
