I have posted reports of my wife for analysis. We are married since one year and we have not conceived yet. My semen analysis report is normal and now we want to conceive. So kindly give us suggestions.
lh is more than fsh . seems to have polycystic ovaries . go for ultrasound scan on 12th day of periods after lockdown is over .if your wife has regular cycle . you both are living together and on scan mature follicle is seen . than inshahllah tou will concieve soon. if she has no lower abdominal pain discharge . and yes tubes should also be patent. which would be checked by hysterosalpingo graphy on 7th day of cycle

ideally patient need to be evaluated through proper history and examination and then the required investigations
