Talk to Gynecologist on Cervical Cerclage

Hello i have had cervical cerclage in 22 weeks , i already have a child of 1 years old and currently preg with 28 weeks now .. my dr said i will have a c section but they will not remove the mcdonalds stiches n will be left forever i want them to remove it during my c section will that be possible bcoz i wont be able to remove it later without any anesthesia bcz of pain.. any gyne here pls guide me
