Talk to Gynecologist on Cervical Stitches

Hi Doctor, My wife has twins pregnancy and this is 1st pregnancy she was in abroad and she came to Pakistan and visited clinic for checkup of 6th month and doctor said she need stitch to avoid early pregnancy and yesterday doctor has done that process. But it's bleeding it's 4th time from yesterday and wife he's pain also so it is normal or she need extra care or something .thank you
