-if u have history of weight gain, irregular periods, abnormal hairs growth then it's better to have detailed investigations regarding your issue, like transvaginal scan, blood tests on day 2 of periods (prolectin, progesterone, fsh and lh, insulin, thyroid function test, testosterone).
-Discuss reports, have detailed Examination and Evaluation by specialist.
-have folic acid daily if trying to conceive.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
