Asking For Self, Female, 27 Years old, Gujrat
Hi i have cervix incompetency and my membranes are bulging though i dont have any pain or leakage, its my 27th week started. I was prescribed some medication and bed rest which i am practicing! Today i had to stand up and walk like for few time that has caused mild pain at both sides of my belly. Is anything to worry? I have my 14 months old baby boy born preterm at 33+ week and one miscarriage at 12 week due to falling down.

Hi in this pregnancy you should have cervical cercelage at 14 weeks now pregnancy is advanced but still you have emergency cercelage if possible after cx assessment by the time you can take duphaston two times a day nd complete bed rest there is again risk of preterm delivery pray to Allaha

Didn’t you have a McDonald stitch ? You are at high risk to deliver preterm. There is still an option of rescue cerclage but ask your gynaecologist and deliver in tertiary care hospital where neonatal ICU is available. Watch YouTube video by prof shamayela hanif on Preterm delivery.
